Q: Do you offer authentic designer brand perfumes?
A: We craft blends inspired by renowned designer fragrances, maintaining the same high-quality standards to offer our customers an affordable alternative to their favorite luxury perfumes. We are not affiliated with the mentioned brands.
Q: Why are your prices so competitive? What’s the catch?
A: It is our mission to make luxury fragrance affordable and accessible to everyone. Our endeavor to achieve this by buying quality ingredients directly from the source, cutting out middlemen and saving on expensive celebrity endorsement, advertising and excessive packaging. With this effort, we are able to offer products at much lower prices without compromising quality that match, or even surpass, that of the designer brands.
Q: How do your products stack up against luxury brands?
A: Product quality is our #1 goal when we make every business design and we are willing to go the extra mile to achieve this. Each of our fragrance is carefully crafted by world class perfumers using the finest ingredients from France and undergo extensive evaluation for quality assurance.
Q: Where do your ingredients come from?
We source premium ingredients from around the world, working directly with trusted suppliers. From France to other global origins, we carefully select each material for its quality, purity, and sustainability to create our luxurious, long-lasting scents.
Q: Are your products free from harmful chemicals like parabens?
A: Yes, all of our products are entirely clean and paraben-free, crafted with pure ingredients and a commitment to naturality.
Q: Are your products tested on animals?
A: No, we are committed to being cruelty-free, we do not conduct any animal testing.
Q: Are your fragrances compliant with IFRA standards?
A: Yes, all of our fragrances fully comply with IFRA (International Fragrance Association).

Q: Why is there a free sample included with my perfume?
A: Each perfume order comes with a free sample of a trendy fragrance so you can explore different popular scents. After all, life is too short for just one fragrance.
Q: Is your brand associated with named brands in any way?
A: Please note that our products, packaging, labeling and description are intended as guides only and should not be confused with the original high street brand or designer brand mentioned in the description. We offer alternative fragrances and do not claim any affiliation or association with the manufacturers or designers of the original brands.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

Q: Where do you currently ship to?
A: We currently ship anywhere in the Continental US. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or to American Overseas Territories.
Q: What should I do if my order is lost, damaged or stolen?
A: In the unlikely event that your order is lost, damaged or stolen, please contact us immediately at support@cincinperfumery.com. While we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen orders, we will do our best to find a possible solution.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: Once an order is placed, we will not be able to make any changes to it. Please kindly check all order details before placing your order. If any changes need to be made, the best way is to cancel the order before it’s shipped and place a new one.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: The total delivery time consists of our order handling time and carrier delivery time. Orders are typically prepared and processed within 3 business days. Then depending on where you are located, carrier delivery can take between 2 to 7 business days to complete. In total, most orders are delivered between 5 to 10 business days from the date that the order is placed. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: It is only possible to cancel your order before our warehouse team processes your order. Once the order is fulfilled and ready to ship, you will receive an email to confirm the status of your order. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@cincinperfumery.com as soon as possible.

Return Questions
Q: What is your return policy?

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To start the return process, you can contact us at support@cincinperfumery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your item is returned to us and fully inspected to meet the return requirements, we will process your refund. There is a $15 restocking fee per return order for any return. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount. Our refund process may take up to 10 business days from the day the item is received and the time you receive your refund on your original payment method may vary depending on the financial institution.
Q: Can I exchange a perfume?
A: We do not accept exchanges. You can either return your fragrance for a refund minus a $15 restocking fee per return order and purchase a new fragrance, or simply return a fragrance for a refund minus the $15 restocking fee. In both instances, the fragrance must meet the criteria outlined in the refund policy above.
Exception: If your product is damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if an item is missing, contact us immediately to make it right.
Q: Can I return a product that has been used?
A: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - new, unopened, or unused. We'll also need the order number or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Post Sale Questions
Q: How long will the perfume bottle last?
A: This really depends on your usage habits. On average, when used one time per day, a 100ml bottle lasts about 6 months.
Q: How should I store my perfume?
A: In order to maintain the quality of the perfume and to prevent discoloration, store it in a cool, dry and dark place, shielded from direct sunlight.
Q: How should I use my perfume?
A: For optimal experience, apply perfume to pulse points like your neck, collarbones and chin. These warm areas intensify the scent due to their proximity to veins. For a lingering effect, begin with the right side of your neck, then apply to hair, inner wrists, and elbows. Avoid rubbing to preserve delicate top notes. Reapply as needed for a lasting impression.
Q: Can perfume change color over a long period of time?
A: Yes, perfume can change color over a long period due to factors like exposure to light, heat, and air. This color change does not necessarily indicate a change in fragrance quality, but it's always best to store your perfume in a cool, dark place to maintain its original condition.
