Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or US federal holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially during peak seasons, there might be a slight delay in getting your shipment out. If we are unable to process your order within 3 business days, we will reach out to you via email to keep you updated. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the USA. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO, FPO, DPO, or international addresses.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Timeframe
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Total shipping time includes order processing time (typically up to 3 business days) and estimated delivery timeframe shown below.
Given the sensitive nature of perfume products, all orders that contain perfume products will be shipped via Ground Shipping, and the estimated delivery timeframe may differ based on carrier.

PO Box Addresses
We're happy to ship your order to a PO Box. However, if we have any trouble processing an order to your PO Box address, our team will reach out to you via email.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email to confirm the order status with your tracking number The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us via email support@cincinperfumery.com to file a claim. Please kindly include the following information so we can help investigate and file a claim with the shipment carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot confirm the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Cin Cin Perfumery will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please reach out to us via support@cincinperfumery.com as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Local law enforcement will be involved if necessary. Once the investigation is complete, we will replace or refund your order.
