Return Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy from the date your items are received, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - new, unopened, or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start the return process, you can contact us at support@cincinperfumery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your item is returned to us and fully inspected to meet the return requirements, we will process your refund. There is a $15 restocking fee per return order for any return. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount. Our refund process may take up to 10 business days from the day the item is received and the time you receive your refund on your original payment method may vary depending on the financial institution. 


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. You can either return your fragrance for a refund minus a $15 restocking fee per return order and purchase a new fragrance, or simply return a fragrance for a refund minus the $15 restocking fee. In both instances, the fragrance must meet the criteria outlined in the refund policy above.

Exception: If your product is damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if an item is missing, contact us immediately to make it right.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@cincinperfumery.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
